Our sister company, World of Greenland, known for its successful summer lodges, now offers a winter lodge featuring spacious igloos. Each igloo accommodates two people and provides warm sleeping bags and reindeer skin. The igloos are in contrast to the freezing temperatures outside, with candles creating a cozy atmosphere. A heated wooden cabin serves as our dining area, complete with a dry closet. The excursion includes a snowshoe trip to a lookout point overlooking the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ilulissat Ice Fjord. The journey to the Igloo Lodge is equally thrilling, with a one-hour snowmobile ride through the captivating Ilulissat hinterland. Enjoy coffee, lunch, afternoon treats, dinner, and evening coffee during your stay. Seek the enchanting northern lights, spend the night in your igloo, enjoy breakfast, and conclude the adventure with a snowmobile trip back to civilization.
