Igaliku Church is built using the rare Igaliku Sandstones found only in this area. The red-spotted stones also make the foundation of Narsaq Church and the school in Igaliku.

The church in Ilimanaq was originally build in 1908 and has since been renovated. It´s a beautiful sight in lovely surroundings.
